Swim,Bike,Run,Row and weights...

The Canada Games Center opened this week.

The Canada Games were a great hit and well enjoyed by all, one of the games center pieces was the Canada Games Center that has pools, a field house with 4 basketball courts, a running track and a fitness center.

The Opening day was this past Saturday, it was busy in the pool area but I headed to the fitness center and it wasn't too bad up there.

Yesterday I went to the fitness center and did some weights, went for a running on the running track, biked for 15mins as welll as 15mins on the rower then jumped in the pool for a few laps.

It was a full day, I'm a little sore today but I'm off to the fitness center again....later

  1. I heard that swimmers have a different routine for weight lifting. After all, extra weight means compromising performance in the water.

  2. These swimmers has almost the same routine but looks best sellers page like different and don't tell any body about that.
