Well yesterday it poured down rain here, and I sent most of the day sitting in the house, but now that the sun has popped it's head out from behind the clouds I think that I'll pop out for a run...I have been slacking alittle lately so I think I'll just go for a 5Km run, if the bike trails were not as wet from yesterdays rain I'd hit the Trails but it's running today....
